21st Century Learning

Learning in the 21^st century, I think, is mostly learning in collaboration with technology. With the entry of technology into our lives as a sharp breaking point in the recent past, it has become one of the most important elements in our lives in a short time. Along with these technological developments, technology has offered us opportunities that we could not even imagine before, and it has changed our lives and made many things easier for us. and of course, it has many opportunities that can help us in the learning process. If we are aware of these possibilities and include them in our lives and especially in our classes, it will be easier for us to comprehend and teach many things.

We can define 21^st century learning as a creative, seminal, inspiring, facilitating, sometimes challenging, and complex concept. We should say that 21^st century learning offers undeniable opportunities and It really makes easier learning process for us. And also, as we can see 21^st century learning is always renewing itself, changing and acquiring new features.

In the meantime we, as teachers should keep up with this process. We should comprehend 21^st learning and we should try to keep it in our teaching style. The most important reason for this, is because our students’ learning sense is also changing in 21^st century. If we want to keep them engaged to the lessons, 21^st century opportunities should be included in our classes.
